The customer service you will get from the owners and staff at this store is amazing. The staff go out of their way to help you with your issues over their Discord or Facebook, which is much more than required. One of the guys even tracked down a barrel part that I needed and was able to ask the right questions to make sure it was compatible and sold it to me for a reasonable price. The amount of time the staff dedicated to what would normally be seen as "dumb questions" goes beyond what I expected. I will certainly make this a first stop for any airsoft purchases or questions in the future. I have not been to their physical location, but I was helped by staff over Facebook Messenger when making purchases during their Blitzmas sale. The staff got back very quickly and helped me make decisions more easily. Shipping products from their store to Windsor was very quick. I ordered late night, and after the next day of processing, the order arrived less than 48 hours after I purchased. If I purchased it in the morning, I am sure I would have gotten it next day. That is pretty impressive turnaround. All the products were packed very nicely and included a letter detailing all of the policies. I would order from them again without question.
Superb customer service experience. This local business operates on honesty and transparency. I have been shopping here for a long time and have never had a negative experience with them. They offer competitive pricing and their staff is friendly and approachable. One of the best places for airsoft enthusiasts. It is very clear they care about the products they put on and their clients.

Worst customer service I've encountered via the web chat. Whoever answers that is losing the company money by being EXTREMELY condescending and rude to new customers and/or new to the sport. Truly hope management removes that individual from their company. They should not have a job in customer service. Toilet cleaning seems more apt for whomever is answering their web portal. Would give a lower review if possible. Will not be shopping/recommending/etc this shop to anyone. Edit- was rude AFTER the staff member was condescending and rude to me. Manager seems to just want to make excuses for horrible service. Don't shop here.
Have had only but issues with them and would never help, they charge way to much for service. I also have others that I know that have had issues with guns they bought from black blitz. Horrible
Excellent selection, but inconsistent customer service. I've had amazing service and advice on some occasions, and other times with different employees they did not seem keen on getting my business.
