Randy and the team at Tri-City are first class all the way! I've bought sleds from them and always have them serviced by them. It's literally like dealing with a friend. Randy adds you to his personal phone and texts you like an old friend to keep you updated on whatever it is you're working on with him (service, new purchase etc). Such a nice touch in a world where the "relationship" with a customer is becoming less a priority for many.
We purchased an ATV. Randy was amazing and patient answering all my questions. He even arranged for shipping to Thunder Bay. Randy made sure the ATV was wrapped and securely fastened to the pallet for safe shipping. We will definitely do business again in the future if we need any new toys.

I went in to see if they would be able to service my snowblower. The lovely ladies up front directed me to Randy who was incredibly helpful and patient. They picked up the machine from my home and dropped her off fully serviced and ready for our Ontario winters. When you walk in their shop you feel so welcomed and I will most definitely be back if I need any machines serviced and will direct my family members there when they need their motorcycles or any other machines serviced. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years until recently an employee and her partner trolled me on social media for seeking alternatives to tri-city cycle for a small repair.
This was the first time dealing with Randy from Tri-City Cycle. He was extremely easy to talk to and deal with. I will be calling them again when its time for another snowmobile. Randy is so helpful. I had a bunch of question's about my snowmobile and he made seem like he all the time in the world to help me out. Solid guy for sure. You will not be disappointed doing business with them,.
We live over a couple hours away so communicating over the phone is not so easy especially when thinking about making a large transaction, Randy's straight forward honest approach made me feel at ease right away, so much so I bought a 2024 Polaris RZR XP 1000 without going to the dealership. When I went to pick it up I was still blown away by Randy and his teams professionalism and friendly nature. Not that I expect to be back soon but when the time comes for a new purchase I don't see myself going anywhere else.
