After an unfortunate mishap with my F150 on an iced over highway. The FixAuto team took good care of me. Thanks to Jeff, Hiero and the team my truck looks like new again. Communication was great, delivered on time, kept their word made things right!
Went there for some body work. That part was fixed well. But, then I noticed a scratch mark on a different place on my car. I reported to them on the next working day, but they started to put blame on me if I did something and why I didn't call them at that instant etc. Thankfully I had taken pictures of those scratches which showed them with date and timing. Then they changed their tone and said they would talk to their manager and get back to me. It has been more than a month and I am still waiting for their call. I tried calling them in between but, the call goes to voicemail and they never returned the call. This behaviour is extremely annoying and unprofessional. You committed that you would find out details and call me back, but now you are avoiding it altogether. Highly unsatisfactory customer service!!
I went to this repair shop based on a friend’s recommendation. Even though my insurance company had clearly emailed the deductible amount (which was supposed to be $300) to the shop, they overcharged me $1000. Because of this, I had to spend a lot of time and effort contacting the insurance company again and reaching out to my friend to get the extra amount refunded. I’m leaving this review to warn others to be cautious when dealing with this business to avoid similar issues.
I took my tesla in for an estimate and was told by Hero not to expect the bumper to match the rest of the car when they are done. In his word " you can look around and see most don't match" I took my car to a real body shop with actual standards and my car was repaired perfect paint matched exactly with the rest of the car. I would never recommend this place based on their standards and terrible customer service.
Brought my tesla to Jeff at Fix Auto and was treat excellent from start to finish. Pricing was fair and the customer service was A+. Communications was perfect and they repaired it in the time they said they would. Highly recommend them. One happy Customer from Guelph
Fix Auto Waterloo is definitely one of the best body shops in this region with official dearship background. They fix vehicles in a reasonable amount of time, costing a reasonable amount of money. Additioanally, I would like to thank Hero in this company. He follows up with customers closely and has definitely provided excellent service & professional support thoughout the repairment process.
