Great service and nice people. They didn't take extra money from me and made me feel like everything they did was necessary with the friendly reminder of what to get done next. They were super fast and actually helped us out by doing some work really quickly for us. Highly recommended ! And they're not going to rip you off! They feel like a family business!
I was the furthest one can be from a car audio enthusiast, but these guys made me discover a fascinating world, and actually got me interested into its intricacies. Came in to boost my stock audio system, they first got me into the equivalent of a high end OEM system, then I told them I loved it so much, that a wanted more. They figured out a sensible solution with what I had done the first time (moar amps, baby). That humble, non- bragging, non-pushy receptionist / customer service / shop slave driver knows her shit, I trust her (almost) blindly. The guys at the back too, obviously (great guys with nice attitudes, btw), but she's the one to reconcile customers' irrealistic dreams, with the enthusiasm of the staff and shop floor realty, LoL. Tell them your goal (and your budget, ha-ha) and they'll whip you up a great custom solution. Money very well spent, in my opinion. I am happy to confirm my neighbors now call the bylaw officers if I listen to music for too long in my driveway. Roar.
I took the car for an alignment, Will did a decent job to match the specs I gave them. The job took longer than expected. Not a laser alignment. The steering wheel was not centred after the alignment but they fixed it quickly. Lack a bit of social skills, that’s the shop to go if you want to talk straight to business.
One of the best automotive shop in Waterloo, they tune the car, mod car, fix car,service car and they can order anything you want, Noreen and Will are so nice, they know their business!
Had a remote starter put in by point zero today. They gave me back my vehicle immaculately clean. I don't think my dashboard has ever looked that good! As for the starter, so far, so good. They showed us how to work it and let us know to contact them if we have any other issues or questions. I'm so happy with the service and the result. Great work Point Zero Auto! I’ve visited PZ Tuning twice now, and each experience has been great. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about vehicles and the latest technology. 1st Visit: I went in with a broken clutch. It turned out to be the clutch slave cylinder. They advised me that next time, it’s better to let them source the clutch as the ones I brought in tend to have short-term issues. I really appreciated their honesty and expertise. 2nd Visit: My wife had her stereo upgraded in her work van. We needed Apple CarPlay, and they quickly found a unit they knew would work well. The installation was fast and easy, and we haven’t had any issues since. In short, despite some negative reviews, this shop is top-notch. While you might think you’re saving money by buying your own parts, these guys really know what works and can ensure a better outcome. The owners and staff consistently deliver 5-star service, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! As someone looking for a good shop for the last 10 years, Pz is now home to my cars. Thank you, PZ, for staying true to your quality and service. I’ll be dropping off my 335 at the end of summer, and I’m excited to see you this month with my new build!
