So had a wee ‘run in’ with my garage and damaged my front quarter panel in a way that I was barely able to open the driver door. Called John went over and he kindly ‘punched’ out the panel so I could get in right there in the bitter cold/wind. He also next day provided me with a reasonable quote to replace/paint (haven’t confirmed yet) but more importantly he was so very kind and helpful in the moment!!!
John and his team do good work, but may have lots of grinder dust and paw marks all over in the car. Wish they would put plastic bag or barrier when working on multiple cars.
First time visiting John's after I got rear ended, and am very pleased with the service. John provided a quote very quickly and they completed the work in 2.5 days. The bumper looks like new. John and the staff were very friendly and professional, will be back if needed and would highly recommend to others as well.
Excellent customer service and the best price around. I had minor collision damage to the front bumper on my Chevy Cruze. I shopped around and Waterloo and Cambridge quite a bit. All other shops quoted much more expensive, most saying the whole bumper needed to be replaced. John and his team were willing to put in the time and effort to repair the damage, rather than fully replace, saving hundreds of dollars. They were finished well within the quoted time and had it looking like new. The quality of the work is fantastic. I will definitely be going back to them for any future auto body work.
The guy is very nice and polite, I went there for an estimation, he checked the car and made phone calls to ask about the cars and gave me the estimation for free even though I told him that I might go with insurance and they assign me their own approved workshop. But he did not charge me anything for the inspection anyway.
I had a great experience here. Car star down the street were going to charge me $3000 Waterloo Collison got it done for under $1200. their work was good. the is one man who runs the entire operation his name is Israel. he was great.
