The staff at Vanity Mart in Waterloo are fantastic. I am renovating two bathrooms and am replacing everything. I went there throughout May 2025 a lot because of my indecisiveness with what I wanted. I had a lot of questions. They were patient, kind, supportive, and quick on providing quotes. Whatever they promised, they followed through. The expected arrival dates for the vanity, countertop and Zitta shower base were accurate. The products are beautiful and well made. Mercie was key in helping me. She had no problem answering my questions, and she also got the answers quickly when she had to refer to suppliers. Stonewood is one of their suppliers of cabinetry which is canadian made. So there's a buying feature right there and do is the shower base.. They had exactly what I was looking for. They have a beautiful showroom with lots of options and examples of what they sell. I would definitely go there again. Note that I could have bought this same cabinetry at a national store but the help i received at Vanity Mart outweighed the lack of help at the national store.
Nancy and her brother at Vanity Mart are amazing! Super knowledgeable and helpful. Assisted us to come up with solutions and ideas for our bathroom Reno. Will be back for more help when we do our other 3 bathrooms in the future!!!!!
Hamdulilah good akhi Derek has provided me with a bidet inshallah, allowing observance of Qaḍā in a way that the holy prophet Mohammad (PBUH) would pleased with.

I was dealing with Derek and he was so knowledgeable and helpful in deciding a overall look for our Master on Suite Bathroom. I made many visits and calls and never felt pressured or that I was being annoying. I would highly recommend them as making all these decisions can be overwhelming. Products arrived right on time.
