Went in today for the first time hoping to get an iced coffee. I was not greeted. I took a look around the store and was prepared to buy a new keurig machine, and a bunch of kcups! Walked up to the counter and nobody acknowledged me. Waited for a few minutes and still no one acknowledged me. They were sitting behind the counter eating and drinking and watching tv. Definitely not a great experience for a first time visit.
Won't go anywhere else for our coffee needs! The owner is charming and generous. Prices are very good. Her baked goods are tasty, as are her ready-to-go dishes. Would definitely recommend this shop!
Great variety of coffee available!!! I always buy beans from here. The lady at checkout was so kind she offered me a free tart to enjoy after my massage that I came for in the same plaza. Kindness costs nothing!! I left smiling
The staff here are so kind! They truly are a hidden gem in Waterloo. They gave us a free croissant and were so helpful while my friend was making their selection of coffee beans. Please support them, they deserve it!
The lady at the counter was so so sweet. Wonderful service, snuck some extra goodies in our bag when she thought we weren't looking. Well worth the drive from windsor.
This was the best little coffee/pastry shop i could have asked for! Wonderful service, delicious treats, great prices! 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone. The lady was so sweet and surprised us with a little bonus treat!
When checking out. The owner was a very sweet lady and added little extra goodies to our bag. A large selection and well priced items. Will recommend and return again if im ever in the area.
