If I can give them zero stars, I won’t mind. Dealing with them is so bad. They say you can exchange but they don’t have what you’re looking for. When they take your money they turn to treat you bad and your money stuck in their hands.
Great store to check out. Has nice luggage at a reasonable price. I ordered some foil balloons online and they will fill them at a very reasonable price. 100% if you're going to order them online this is the place to go to. The owners are very friendly and so helpful.
I went once and never ever again. The moment I walk into the store I was told right away to leave my purse by their sign so no I won't ever be coming back sorry I am not risking all my ID and that to go missing:(.
The open sign was on, but the doors were all locked. I can’t give a higher score if I can’t enter during your hours of operation. Looking at the reviews, they seem to be paid for. Here’s an example: one reviewer also gave 5* to two different stores that sell low frequency purchase products within a week. Possible, but then one of the stores also gave a 5* to DP. Still possible, but then you see more reviewers here gave 5* to that other store. Possible, but that other store is 75km away. Edit to the owner: Thanks for replying. Yes, I visited at the Waterloo store at 5:45PM. I tried pulling the double front door. Then I tried the door to the left. Then I tried the front door again, and tried pushing (in case the pull label was incorrect). There was a black realtor style lock on one of the door handles, but I believe it was locked from the inside. Update: I have revisited this store. I was able to find each of the low cost products I was seeking. The quality was at or above my expectation.
This is an amazing store. I always find what I am looking for. The staff here is amazing and helps out with tiniest of my needs. They go above and beyond to help out the customers.
Best place to shop the daily use items and best customer service as well. Very polite and helpful and they provide good customer service. Highly recommended if you are looking for something.
A variety of essentials all at a great low price. Store is large, spacious and well lit, thus providing a unique and aesthetically pleasing experience unlike shopping at your average dollar store.
