It is never easy to have to go to a visitation or funeral of a friend, colleague, family member or loved one. Over the years living in the K-W community, I have attended many services at various funeral homes. Somehow, I always feel good about having taken the time to pay my respects during a service or visitation held at Erb & Good. From the moment we contacted them to settling at the end, Greg and the team at Erb & Good couldn't have been more caring, accommodating, understanding and helpful. When we had family unexpectedly arriving late for the service, they delayed the start without question. The service was planned with very little settled in advance, and at no point did I feel as though we were being upsold on anything, or that what we were paying for the service was even of importance. I can't recommend their services enough. During such a difficult time, it helps to know everything is in good hands -- and with Erb & Good, they are.

Erb & Good was wonderful and sensitive when our family was in a difficult time. They were professional and respectful. We could not have asked for better people to take care of us. On top of that, when the cremation jewellery I ordered had a defect, Mark took care of contacting the dealer and having it replaced on my behalf.
