I recently went to Jaguar in waterloo to search for a car that my father wanted. Ramsey answered all questions about the F-pace and assisted us with a test drive. He was always very prompt with responding to texts whether it was late or his day off. After the purchase Ben the finance manager secured an approval and made sure we were well protected for the duration of the loan.
