Horrible facility their service department. Our sportage has a tsb stating 1 quart of oil burned every 1600 is deemed accesive oil consumption. Their advisor Sean is unable to math our car burns 1 later every 1000km and has denied a factory posted warranty due to the engine issue on this said vehicle. Charged him for the oil consumption test that we were told was a service provided to ensure its not burning oil. Lied on documents stating oil filer was leaking the first time yet not a drop of oil on driveway nore under vehicle or on heat shield as we got a second opinion. Big caution to the scam of a service department p.s after contacting kia Canada an investigation has been open especially after they stated the car still has warranty and Sean stated it did not. Shame on a company to hire someone to miss treat customers with his miss information
I purchased a Kia EV6 last spring. I absolutely love it. The sales and finance team were excellent. There was a minor nick on the console, I wasn't too concerned but at my first service appointment without my knowledge they had already ordered a replacement part to ensure all was perfect. I bought winter tires and had them installed this week. Unfortunately something with the TPMS failed. They took me in immediately - at my convenience. Set me up with a loaner for the day and will get it replaced. All staff were very accommodating and apologetic. I even got some Kia swag :-) All my interactions so far have shown the dealership to be extremely responsive and very customer service oriented. Life happens, it would be great if we didn't have any issues, but how a dealer responds makes all the difference.
I had an excellent experience at Kia Waterloo. Emilio went above and beyond to help me choose the right vehicle — don’t buy a car without talking to him first! He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process enjoyable. Sarah in finance was also fantastic and made everything quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend this team!

I just had to get my family member out of a horrible deal, they offered a lowball value on the trade in. I’m talking low! Car retails for 20k and they offered 10. Without a discount on the new vehicle. Pathetic. I work in this industry too and to see profits like this being taken from peoples deals is insane. Especially with how Canadian economy is going and interest rates. Step your game up!
Had a dealership quote me a high price for light sockets, the service department at this Kia helped me get the right part for only 14$. Very nice and friendly.
