Paul Puncher was a fantastic experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. From beginning to end the staff worked with me on selecting and designing my wedding suit. Scott Puncher and Liam Dolan took the time to listen to what I wanted for my suit and provided helpful input, combining my choices and ideas with their experience and technique to make a tailored suit that fit exactly what I wanted. Scott was very helpful in providing guidance and ideas to ensure that each part of the suit worked not just for my wedding, but for any future suit and tie event I will be attending in the future. The staff worked to accommodate not only my difficult work schedule, but also retailored the suit to perfectly fit me a second time after I lost a significant amount of weight while away for work. At no time was I upsold on any product and in fact I was always shown reasonably priced alternatives to ensure I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive item. All adjustments and were provided free of charge with the suit and the staff were always ready to offer a nice coffee or cold drink. There is no doubt that this is the best suit I have had the pleasure of wearing and my experience really proved the point that you simply cannot beat a well made well fitted suit. For anyone looking for a quality suit and quality experience, I cannot recommend Paul Puncher's enough.

I was thrilled to see they’ve added a women’s section, and it absolutely does not disappoint! The styles are elegant, on-trend, and made with the same high-quality standards that have made the men's side so well respected. If you haven’t been in recently, it’s well worth a visit. I recommend Paul Punchers to everyone now. My Husband and I came here after a disaster suit shopping experience at a different suit shop. All of the staff here was phenomenal from the beginning. They listened to our timeline, our preferences, every little thing we liked or disliked and tailored my husbands tux to perfection. His tailoring on his Armani tux was included at no extra cost. The owner was phenomenal and did not try to upsell us on anything at all and everyone here made us feel like family. From Prosecco to celebrate, to actually learning about us as a couple and even our jobs, they make you feel valued and at home here. 110% coming here again for my husbands next suit he needs!
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Paul Puncher. After exploring several options in the KW area to find the perfect suit for my wedding, it was clear within the first couple minutes of talking to Matthew that Puncher was the obvious choice. After inviting me for a quick tour around the men's suit section, Matthew gave me his card and assured me that I could contact him any time to set up a fitting. He wasn't pushy, but instead very polite and attentive where he needed to be. When I returned for my initial fitting, we worked out a budget and immediately got to work on my measurements. Due to my irregular measurements from bodybuilding, Matthew strongly recommended we go fully custom for the suit all while reassuring me that the budget would not be altered by this. You could tell that he takes extreme pride in his work and wouldn't rest until he created a suit that fit my body perfectly and showed off all of my physical qualities. The process of designing a suit from the ground up that perfectly reflected my style was perhaps one of the most fun and self indulgent things imaginable. At the risk of sounding dramatic, I felt like I was in a movie! Through trial and error, busy schedules and tightening timelines, Matthew made the whole process seamless and worry free for us. He met me after hours on two occasions and even went as far as to offer me his personal dry cleaner for last minute touch ups to my shirt. He was also extremely quick to respond any time I needed to reach out. The day of my wedding eventually came and I was met with compliment after compliment on how sharp my suit looked. I had to agree, I looked amazing and therefor felt amazing. While I can't say from experience, I don't think I could have experienced the same quality and care from any other clothier in the area. Paul Puncher and Matthew specifically are truly a cut above the rest and if you're looking for something that's literally and figuratively cut from a different cloth, you can't go wrong here. It took me one appointment at the store to decide this was who I wanted to put my trust in for my wedding day. I had an excellent experience every step of the way figuring out the details of my made-to-order 3-piece suit and all the associated accessories. I felt like a million bucks when the big day finally arrived and the icing on the cake was that my father and one of his best friends also got their suit done here and looked almost as good as I did! If you want the best in the business, come to these guys and you will be very well taken care of.
All I can say is wow. My fiancé (now wife) and I came to Scott with an idea and he completely took it to the next level. He designed a custom suit for me which lived up to all of my expectations and then some. The customer service at Paul Puncher is unrivalled. Scott made us feel like long time friends, delivered on every promise and made the whole process easy! I cannot fully express how happy we were with Scott and the whole team at Paul Puncher.
I have been shopping with Scott for years since I attended school in the region. Puncher's has some of the best service I know of in the garment industry. The attention to detail, respect for budget, and selection of product is everything you would want. I come and see Scott quarterly for a wardrobe refresh and I drive from the opposite end of the GTA to do so. That alone should tell you to shop here. The experience is just that good.
