I love this place so much!! The workers there are so nice and as someone who loves collecting cds they always have the albums I’m looking for! So sad to hear they’re closing, on the off chance this review makes a difference please don’t close the store!!
Walked in the other day found out store is closing. Very disappointed staff is great. Usually pick something up. Guess owner of sunrise driving us to buy off Amazon.
This sunrise has the best staff and energy that a customer can ask for!! I’ve always felt so welcome and comfortable (and not to mention the staff are the funniest people). It’s amazing to see all of my favourite artists, video game merchandise (fnaf obviously), anime and dvds all in one place. Gonna miss this place SEVERELY (especially the good music always playing in the store)
Absolutely lovely and helpful staff. It is always a treat to browse the Conestoga Mall location. I'm a frequent customer and love the vibes the selection of music and different media. So sad it is closing!

The staff are friendly and helpful. It's my go-to spot for finding great gifts, love browsing their selection of vinyl and movies. It's genuinely disappointing to hear they are closing. This store will be deeply missed as one of the few remaining great places to shop for physical media in the Waterloo area.
Horrible customer service, a mistake was made on their part and they continued to rudely interrupt a private conversation about said mistake. As we were walking out he continued to harp at us telling us that we can return it if we want. Definetely not going back to that store.
