I have been coming here for my three prescription medications as well as any over-the-counter drugs I've needed for colds etc for half a year now. There was recently a problem with my plan, but the pharmacist went out of his way to make sure I got the brand name of one of the prescriptions I can't live without for free (I've had a dangerous reaction to a less expensive generic version). If everyone in health care were as compassionate and conscientious as the staff at University Pharmacy, the world would be a much better place, especially for people with chronic conditions. I recommend this place to everyone with a body.
Extremely unprofressional. Embarrassed and bullied their patient and made them wait an hour without any explaination or warning. Will be telling everyone to avoid and reporting to better business bureau. Absolutely disgusted. There's enough mental health stigma in the world, a pharmacy should be a safe place.
Awesome for Laurier students but the only have the essentials also a very small pharmacy, sometimes a bit of privacy is important when buying certain items and when having to explain ailments

Rated Best pharmacy in the KW area! Beautiful renovated pharmacy. Modern and very welcoming. Great Services, friendly, and very professional. Caters to all patients and supplies a very wide variety of products. I must say I was extremely impressed with this pharmacy after being to many other pharmacies before I found this one. Highly recommended!
