Dianne from the front desk was so kind and helpful getting me booked in, and Derek (physiotherapist) is so patient and knowledgable, and is genuine about resolving any issue and answering any questions or concerns. I am so very very glad that I was referred to them.
I owe a great debt of gratitude to the Back Works staff. The outstanding treatment I have received from David Gilman has helped me to continue to play the sport I love. Treatment is hands-on and effective! Jan and Diane at the front desk are the best. They are helpful and considerate! I have tried many different Physio places in town and Back Works is head and shoulders above the rest!
Treatment and staff is very nice. Only complaint is in the year and a bit I have been coming here not one appointment has started on time. Generally 15-20 minutes late which is very frustrating for planning.
I came there not being able to move my lower back and in pain. After one meeting I was able to move and out of pain for a couple hours. John was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I recommend this place to everyone I know.
