Aron and Angelica were amazing during the process of selling and buying my home. Any question I had no matter what time of the day, they were there for me. They always offered there advice but always let me make the final decision with no pressure. They worked for me non stop by having open houses every weekend as long as it worked for me and personally drove to potential buyers places to do the best they could to get the best offer from them possible. They do a really good job at making you feel you are their number #1 priority and will work as hard as they can to bring in the right buyers. I highly recommend them and promise you will not be disappointed!
We sold our house via this couple. They are trying to help but don't know how to sell a house at a good price. First, they ask you to sign a contract with a promise that they would sell your house higher than 470K and they would never ever think about less than 460K, and as soon as you sign the contract they start nagging about how the market is bad and finally sell your house at 452K! Our other agent sold our house in Toronto at an excellent price in a very bad market because he knew how to do his job. So, I would never recommend Pinto team for selling a house. We have worked with several agents and although most agents are terrible at their job, there are 5% of agents who are really good and can sell your house 10% (yes 10% or more!) higher than what a mediocre agent sells and in a much shorter time. So, it is critical to find a good agent.
