I went to sport check to buy Christmas gifts for my boys, I met a guy his name is Kenny. Kenny was so amazing helped me alot and made my experience so easy specially i could not find a my kids sizes. Kenny went above a beyond .Please hire more people like him.
I had a very disappointing experience with Sport Chek. I bought a set of tennis balls online for pickup at the Conestoga Mall location using a gift card. Since the store is in another city, I went after 7 days to pick it up, but the locker denied access. The staff told me the order had been canceled because I was past their 5-day limit and assured me the amount would return to the gift card. Although I was upset, I accepted it at the time. But when I tried to use the gift card later, the balance was zero. The store not only canceled my order unfairly but also failed to return the money. This is unacceptable. It may “only” be $30, but it is my money, and I should not have to fight to get it back. Be very careful when shopping here—customer service and fairness are clearly lacking.
I went into Sport Check at Conestoga Mall today and I was looking to buy a slim fit long sleeve for athletic performance. It was my second time in the store and I didn’t know where anything was. That was until Josh helped me find a long sleeve best fit for my needs. He was very helpful by showing me all of the types of long sleeves the store had to offer as well as what the material was like and how it would benefit me in terms of athletic performance. Josh clearly takes a lot of pride in customer service and he will go above and beyond to help with everyone’s needs for clothing. I will definitely be returning to Sport-check because of Josh’s service. Thank you.
Poor selection of Blue Jays clothing for men but I got a cool shirt. Probably don't have much stock yet because it's not baseball season yet. Lindsay & the cashier by the mall entrance (Feb. 28th, 2024 in the early afternoon) are the main reasons for this high rating.
The other week I was in sportchek and I was trying to find some Nike shorts and it was like everything was sold out, everyone seemed busy but I was kind of in a hurry and this young man, I’m not sure if I got the spelling chidera, he came to attend to me as I couldn’t figure out where anything was, he had to go to the back and check and he even brought me 2 options that I ended up liking even more he was quick and polite. The only sad part is the restroom was out of service but every other staff were so nice even the cashiers. That was my first time to the mall and I was greeted almost a million times (which I didn’t mind), the store was so well organized also I made a promise to myself that I’ll write a review about this store because they gave me 5 star service I’ll surely be coming back.
Matt, who runs the service shop helped me a ton when I bought my new pair of skates. As it was my first time he provided the basics of skate knot tying and untying which was super helpful.
We had a really good experience buying skating shoes at this location. Matt was super helpful as it was our first time buying skates . He educated us and was kind and patient and professional. Thank you so much for such superior customer service!
