I spent almost 50 dollars on a mystery box for my son and it was like wish items in the box nothing of value.the most valuable item was there was a cards that we don’t even play the we can get at the dollar store. Bought Phase 10 for 14.99. Found the same card game from Walmart at 7.97 (Same for Amazon). I get it you are a small store (as compared to Walmart) and operating in a mall so you have to charge more, but double? Love the store and they seem to have good collection, but ripping off customers like this is not cool.

My daughter recieved a wooden puzzle car kit from Mind Games for Christmas. She opened it, it had a broken piece. She had the receipt and wanted to exchange it. They would not. I tried to reach out to head office and did not hear back. You can purchase the same stuff from Amazon and return defective products easily with Amazon. Do not waste your money on this store!!
Purchased 2 games from them today. One was on sale. After I paid I immediately realized they didn’t give me the sale price. So they started working on a return and repurchase. After 5 minutes they said they could only give me a store credit, which I did not want. I finally got them to give me a cash refund for the over payment. The manager threw the $5 bill at me and said “have the day you deserve” in a sarcastic tone before telling me to leave his store. Can’t believe how rude he was for their mistake. No apology or anything.
Online experience was terrible ordered 4 funko pops and they all came damaged. Do NOT order online from mindgames. No bubble wrap, no protection they just stuffed them in a box. 3 out of the 4 were chases. Disgusted is not even the word. Would give a ZERO if there were an option
