WOW. Cory did an amazing job on my E-Bike. Changed both tires, New rotors, brake pads, 1 new crank, new chain. He also fixed my gearing system. (So smooth). He is exceptionally easy to deal with and extremely fair and fast. He did all of this in 24 hours. I highly recommend any and everyone that needs work done on their bike or e-bike to give Cory a call. And a shout out to his mom for the booking and ordering of parts. Everything was spot on. I tried to buy an used bike from them. On facebook marketplace, they didn’t mention that it had some scratches, and also had a broken front light. I found it out when I came to the shop. If mentioned all those defects, it could have saved my time. She got mad when I said no, saying I should go and buy a new one. I was about to take a look other stuff in the bike shop, but with that rude attitude, I left right away and won’t come back again. BTW, I bought a new bike from Sportchek.
I had a problem with my bike that I purchased here and they helped me trouble shoot, order new parts and installed them at no charge. I would highly recommend.
Double-billed when I brought in a flat. I was told there was no leak they could see, so $20 fee to inspect and inflate the tire. Same tire was flat again the next day. Brought it back to replace the tube and was charged $20 for the service.
Unbelievable family Joan, Doug and Corey and so dedicated, helpful, knowledgable, patient and nice. My full suspension Marin mountain bike is excellent quality and is even better to me than how great people say it is. I highly recommend this amazing bike from California for its decent components and value for how well it compares to more expensive brands. It is perfect as it kinda floats along and is very popular the Marin Rift Zone, it has awesome reviews by so many other folks and companies on Google and YouTube. Thanks Waterloo Bike Shop also on quality components like an excellent dropper post, other accessories and price especially since I bought the bike there. If you do buy a bike they will tune it up for free every year if you take it in to them in the off season consistently. Unreal business that was fun thanks again see you soon!
Really good service, the day I visited them they were clear about their inventory and the options they could offer me, I bought a marin eldridge and they tuned it up nicely, their customer service is really good.
