We had such a great experience shopping for our furniture. Jessica helped us find just the right furniture and helped us with style and colour combinations. She provided us with so many options such as leg and seat styles for the dining room set we bought. The options were at times overwhelming but Jessica helped us work through it. She was extremely helpful and patient. A designer pro! If you are looking for furniture, shop in this store. The service and furniture are amazing!
We are furnishing our new home and started with new sofas, dining set and a buffet. Jessica was our sales person. She was super friendly and extremely patient with all our questions and worked with us to get a reasonable price to what was good for our budget. She explained things clearly. She was genuine in helping us meet the needs that we had. She helped us through picking configurations, measuring sizes and picking out material and color. we like this store; they have a good quality and helpful staff.
Just beware if you have problems they better be small. They take forever to deal with you and then their manager's response and comments were so annoying I could not talk to her and hung up. I have never done a negative review before but she made me so upset I had to write this. On a positive note I went to Gibson's Home Furniture that afternoon and purchased a custom made bed for the same price as their bed. At 6 foot 6 inches and 285 lbs its nice to get a superior quality bed for the same price. Make sure the product they deliver to your house is the same as the one they have in the show room, before you accept delivery.
Just responding to your reply to my low review as I didn't provide an explanation in the first place. Definitely was not a mistake giving you a 1/5 star, as I would go lower if I could. I am not in the database as my partner is the one who has a profile with you. We purchased a queen bed-frame and 2 end tables about a year ago. We were hesitant to make the purchase, as we wanted to buy the whole set (in addition to the bed frame and side tables, there was a chest of drawers and large dresser with a mirror), but it was slightly out of the price range to buy the whole set at the time. We were assured by one of your sales associates (Tom?? if I recall correctly) that we would be notified if the set was going to be discontinued so that we could come pick up the matching pieces. Based on that assurance, we decided to buy the 3 of 6 pieces in the set. We went back a couple of months ago to purchase the other three pieces, and were told the the line was discontinued and the floor model was sold. We wouldn't have bought the original 3 pieces if we would have known you would go back on your promise of notifying us that the set was about to be discontinued so we could complete the set. Now we have an incomplete set and no way of getting the matching pieces. We were going to buy some more pub stools from you, but because of this incident we won't be returning.
