I had to make a claim this year for the total loss of a vehicle. With Allstate, everything went quickly and smoothly.I found they have great customer service, are very knowledgeable, and truly want whats best for the customer. Im so grateful that they had previously set me up with a policy that made the whole process of writing off a vehicle (and obtaining a new one) as painless as possible.Because of everything theyve done and continue to do for us, I was happy to renew my policy with them for another year and know well be in good hands if anything should happen.

During the wind storm in mid 2018 there was some damage done to my house. Going through Allstate, they promptly sent an agent to my home and assessed the damage. I understand it was a difficult time for them considering the broad range of the storm and I was so happy to have someone there to assist so quickly. I plan on staying with them for some time now. They have provided excellent service and I have no complaints.
