You really deserved to be paid more of your service that you have done with me last Wednesday. I was amazed with your movers because they are all professionals the way they lift my belongings. My bed doesn't have even one scratch and all furniture was safe as I checked it after the move. I never experienced this kind of service with my last moving company but only on you. Next time I would prefer to do business with you again because of your smooth job you gave me. I'm not giving this testimony to you but I am making this because I appreciate you because of the great service that I experienced from you. Now my family was very happy with our new home. I was looking for Waterloo Movers for move my shop belongings before 2 months. My uncle Jack suggested me Waterloo Moving Company I used them and they were really awesome. They moved my shop belongings with carefully. They provided me reasonable price and worked very fast. I really thank to uncle jack and movers. I would highly recommend them to all.
Movers were great. But the company charged a 5.5 cu.ft freezer and a 3.2 cu. ft fridge for total 90 dollars. I am pretty sure I have not been told that. When I initially called the company to book the appointment. They have asked if I have appliances to move, and I clearly told them what I got. The only thing they told me was an extra charge will be applied if anything is weighted over 200 lb. When moving was donethe company firstly tried to charge a travel fee which two locations is 6km apart. I refused. I found this moving company in Waterloo from google. As a customer I do not care where your movers come from (movers drove from Toronto). So they decided not to charge "travel fee", but then the funny thing happened. Mover received a call from someone at the company, then I have been told that they will charge 90 bucks for appliances. So I talked to whoever made a call to movers, He told me that $45/appliance was listed on the agreement. So I opened up the file they sent to me, it says "We may add $45 (per item) for appliances". So I asked him so what kind of appliances that they may not charge. Here was what I got " We are charging $45 per appliance that is on the agreement. --- (Basically no explanation). Based on my culture of no arguments during moving day, I paid $90. If you are going to charge, let me know when I clearly stated what I got. I will move those two appliances myself. My car has enough space to fit them both in.
Our company just completed our first move, and Waterloo Movers' service is much beyond our expectation. All the movers are strong, quick, polite, and very professional. The price is reasonable without surprise charges. We will definitely go with this moving company next time when we move! Highly recommended
