What an awesome experience. After a quick phone call with Al a few days before the appointment he was able to curate an incredible selection of pieces for me to try on. I tried on a bunch of stuff I wouldn't have in a typical store and ended up really liking a lot of his picks. He also built a wicked playlist based on my tastes. Could not recommend this more. Comfortable, curated, private and efficient.
I've always left The Loop with a huge smile on my face. They have improved the shopping experience by having one to one appointments, and are a pure joy to deal with. The owner has curated a collection of mens pieces that are unlike anything else you can find in KW. Highly recommended

I was looking for a new pair of jeans and a good pair of boots and decided to go in for the full hour consultation. Alnoor was awesome. He picked out a bunch of things for me to check out and I ended up with some nice sweaters as well. He was very knowledgeable and it was nice to have someone walk me through everything. Usually I dread clothes shopping so it was definitely worth it to have someone’s undivided attention and expertise. As a bonus, everything I ended up buying was made in Canada, which was something really important to me, as I try to shift away from fast fashion and support Canadian businesses. I will be back.

AL is A++++ with customer service and even popped a little note onto my order saying thanks for the business. Very responsive customer service - had an issue with sizing on a limited run pair or pants and they responded promptly. I had selected the wrong size online and they didn't fit. They had sold out of my size, but the owner went out of his way to contact their supplier and re order the proper size.Much appreciated - love the pants!

Edit: since posting this, Loop has moved to a one-on-one model where you book time to browse and learn with a consultant. I had the pleasure of working with Alnoor today and would strongly recommend this experience to anyone. Alnoor has an unmatched passion for his work and is extremely knowledgeable.
