Went for a fill and got the best service and care. My nails look way better than before, I had them put on somewhere else and was disappointed with the overall look. But the technician fixed that without me even asking. I hope to get her again next time . Laura I think her name is.
I loved it! The ladies were so nice and they paid so much attention to my acrylics! They made the sure everything was perfect. They helped me choose the perfect length and color as well. I dont have any notes for improvement because they are the best!
I found my perfect nail spa. Went there on Monday for an acrylic fill with shellac polish. I only waited 15 min for a walk in appointment. The spa technician worked so carefully and gently with my nails and spent a long time getting the shape absolutely perfect (coffin). This was the best manicure Ive had. I decided to come back today (Friday) with my mom for Deluxe Pedicures and a shellac manicure for her. The pedicure lasted an hour and was so luxurious and thorough including a scrub, a cooling clay leg mask, and parrafin hot wax foot treatment. The polish and nail shape is perfect and they were very thorough with removing dead or dry skin. My moms manicure was perfect too. The spa is quiet, relaxing, clean, and peaceful. The spa staff are quiet, patient, kind and focus very hard on your service. They do not sit and talk or gossip in their native language. They prioritize clients with appointments and will not rush your service if someone walks in, just to make a quick buck. We will always come here now.
Anna the owner of this nail salon clearly does not know how to run a business that appreciates its customers. I had an appointment booked for 5:30 and came in at 5:33 pm. Yes, I was 3 minutes late. Anna was already working with another customer. First I thought that I mixed up the dates but Anna confirmed that she had to take another client because I was late. I looked at their clock and it was 15 minutes ahead of my phone, which shows the correct time. Clearly there is no respect for repeat clients. You are more worried about making a few extra dollars but you are blind to the reputation that you are loosing. You will find similar reviews here demonstrating a clear trend. Good luck!Note to the owner: lets keep the facts straight - as mentioned above, your clock is running ahead and I was 3 minutes late, not 10 minutes as you are suggesting. How can your staff know accurately what time it is if they do not have access to accurate time? Secondly, any respectable business calls its client who is running late to see if they are showing up or not. No one had done that here. They also offer a grace period and book their appointments to allow for that. Your policy clearly does not take any of this into account. These poor girls are stressed out because they are overbooked and underpaid by you and therefore cannot treat your clients property. I have been coming to this salon for several years even before you bought it. I recommended this place to many of your clients. This experience was disrespectful and your response further confirms the lack of your willingness to take responsibility for your business. I read other reviews here that are indicative of client mistreatment, therefore this is not an isolated event.
I gave it a second try and again was so disappointed. Shellac mani and pedi lasted 8 days before getting chips and lifts on 6 fingers and a toe. Normally it lasts and looks great for weeks. When I made an appointment to come in and have it fixed I was made to wait half an hour. Customer service and experience is very poor.
