Ive gotten the hot stone massage done as well as the regular RMT massages. I love the atmosphere and professionalism. The oils used during the massage are great as well. I do like the fact that they play pleasant music and I cant hear any background noise (people in the hallway etc).It is however difficult to get a spot last minute since theyre so busy! I always try to book in advance

Worst Experience Ive ever had. Not relaxing or enjoyable in the slightest. Go somewhere else for a massage or mani/pedi cause this place is awful! Bad service and terribly over priced.
The Waters is amazing! I had the Dead Sea Body Treatment and it was absolutely incredible! My skin feels SO soft and hydrated. Sometimes an exfoliate can be too rough and uncomfortable but this one was perfect. I've never experienced anything like the head-to-toe mud mask and steam--it was so relaxing. The Waters really pays attention to all the little details. From the cozy robes, the foot bath and tea which relaxes you even before your treatment starts, to the eye cucumbers you can use during your soak--they've really thought of everything to make your experience luxurious and you will definitely leave feeling pampered and refreshed. I can't wait to come back!
