Bought a car off them back in May. Overall experience working with them was honestly difficult, they seemed uninterested/ unknowledgeable about the vehicle and in sales in general, regretfully I decided to overlook look this. It’s now October and I’m replacing the entire engine in the vehicle.
After being scammed by a seller on my son’s first car, I was extra cautious when searching for another used vehicle. Canada Cars truly exceeded my expectations. Naz, Ali, and Laga were absolutely amazing to deal with, friendly, honest, and professional. Every promise they made was delivered, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We are so happy with our purchase and the service we received. I would 100% recommend Canada Cars to family and friends!
Great experience buying my car from Laga! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers top-notch service, Laga is your guy!
We were really in a bind! Laga helped us out tremendously- I was pregnant and we needed a car desperately and quickly! He found us a beautiful suv that we absolutely love. He was committed and was great at communicating as he conducted his search for our perfect car ! I would recommend Canada cars to anyone who is looking for a vehicle- you’ll get extraordinary service and exactly what you’re looking for. Bravo !
Very friendly and helpful. They arranged to have a few cars I was interested in checked over by a local mechanic to give me peace of mind and help with my decision. I would definitely recommend Canada Cars and would do business with them again.
Sold me a "saftied" car with bad brake calipers, and broken springs. Thought my car was just low since the day I bought it, as it would scrape on the occasional speed bump. Turns out the front springs were completely broke. And was causing the car to be about 5-6 inches lower. Finally figured it out and cost me $1700+ to repair the springs and replace the calipers. As well as replace a rear right brake cable. Won't buy my next car here. When I bought the car they were also supposed to have fixed 5 issues I noticed. Only 2 of the 3 were actually fixed. 1 year Update: Canada Cars reached out to me in August asking about my review. And then proceeded to tell me they can't help me as I've gotten the repair done by someone else, (which is funny since they reached out to me). I've now had the car for about a year, and the paint on both front doors is peeling bad. Paint is clearly not bonded to the metal properly. I took it to a body shop to have it looked at and get a quote to fix it. Asked them if they could patch up the visible rust decay on the front of the bottom rockers which was visible when I bought the car and felt was a small problem, only to be shown the entire rockers on both sides are rotted out and sound hollow. Yet another problem that would've caused this car to fail a safety. The repairs for door and rockers is estimated at $3600-4000, most of which is the rockers. We're now looking at contacting the transportation ministry to deal with this, as I'm still paying for this car for the next 4 years, and the rockers wouldn't even last that long. Absolutely ridiculous.
This was the easiest and best experience I have ever had. Laga gave me a great deal and had everything ready to go for me quickly and easily! Great experience would recommend 11/10 thank you!
