Juan and the team were on point during the sales & test drive process. When this deal closes I’ll be delighted to update my review accordingly. They appear to have an attitude of going above and beyond to care for any small defects. I loved the varied selection on the lot, prices are reasonable, they have a shop and tire change on site, and as a bonus they’re close by in my neighbourhood.
Got a lemon of a car. Had I been in a better frame of mind I would not have bought the car nor accept the financing. There are better financing options out there.
Really friendly people especially since on the first time there the police had to be called due to a thief they all handled it so professionally and perfectly I couldn’t feel safer or happier coming to this dealership and with the added bonuses on being affordable pricing and being able to work with the customer on their pay plans. Would definitely recommend coming here if need of a first car and low credit or starting with none at all
If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. If you are buying used from these guys, be prepared to be disappointed if your vehicle starts to fall apart bodywise. Paint chiping emensely, they don't care how they sell to you, just that they sold and made thier cut! I have bought 4 times used vehicles with different dealerships and I tell yah, this was and is the worst quality salesmanship, customer experiences I have ever dealt with! Save your $$$ and go with a dealership willing to honor a paying customer who paid thousands of dollars if even paint starts to chip apart, they do cheap fixes that don't last just to cover up bigger issues so long as they get your signature on that contract of purchase, they don't care beyond that. Trust when I say, terrible business mentality!!

10/10 would NOT recommend to anyone! Ever since I got my car from here been a complete disaster. You pay for warranty on the car and when it comes down to needing it they won’t do it. All you will get is I’ll let you know! I am still waiting for months now to hear anything back. Also very rude and ignorant and talk down to you. Once they get their money you are now irrelevant!!!!!
Very honest owner operator. Juan did a great job meeting my needs and made spending a small fortune comfortable and pain free, offered me a great deal on a after market warranty, winter and summer tires. Truly a great small family business. I will definitely be back
