Bob unlike other clients actually cares about his customers. I was looking for a reliable car about a year ago, Bob got me his most reliable car with Winter Tires and replaced the oil and filled the gas before selling it to me. He also handled all the paperwork and ownership transfer. The only thing I would question is the price. The car has not failed me since I bought it. I highly recommend this place, Bob is extremely helpful and always ensures his customers come first. He is very honest and patient. We have been taking our cars to his shop last few years and we will continue to do so as I know they are in good hands.
If I could rate 0 I would. I bought a car from him and from day 1 I had issues. Was told that car was in a small collision, not reported and the door was hit. Which would be in Carfax report. Then was told to trust his honor. Asking for the report before payment was told again to trust him. STUPID ME I did and after I paid him full cash got the report then finding out that car was in a head on collision. Very dishonest man. Very disheartening to know people are not trustworthy at all. When I picked up the car the whole dashboard module was no good and there was no a/c and the car made a knocking noise. He took car to fix module and had the car for a very long time and there was alot of kms put on the car. During having my car for over a month at least.Brought in for the AC and he had the nerve to ask for payment. When I said no that I wouldn't pay for something that was suppose to be working he got very upset. Brought it in few times over the noise and was told different things over the same noise. To pay someone cash for a car to be lied to and scammed is the worst. I DO NOT IN NOOOOOOO WAY RECOMMEND you buy a vehicle from here EVER!!!!!!!
