The store is clean and well layed out.The staff has always been polite and helpful. Canadian Tire often carries quality cleaning products that I cannot find anywhere else. I really appreciate that I can look up if they have an item in stock on their website and exactly where to find it in the store. So far the inventory information on the website has been accurate.
Good auto service department. Kind, friendly, attentive, and great service. I sometimes feel intimidated by service centres, but was quite comfortable and satisfied with my visit.
This place is always loaded with the best selection, super clean store.. amazing staff. Hands down the #1 Canadian Tire around. The Fergus location could learn lots from this team!
Great big Canadian Tire. Wish we had this size in Fergus, which is the closest location for me. When I get the chance I like coming to the Waterloo location because of the awesome selection of products. Staff is always helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find them though. Got keys cut here as well and was done good and quick.
I love this store! It has just about anything I need! The store is large, clean and the staff is very helpful! They don't hesitate to ask when you look lost looking for something! I have had excellent service at the Auto Centre as well! I have had some work done there recently and John and his staff are complete professionals. Great communication with their customers and work that is done in a timely manner; and done correctly!
