I have been going to Tirecraft Waterloo for many years now for tire changes and new tires. I have always had excellent customer service. I needed to get a tire repaired today and they were able to fit me in the same day I called. They always treat you like a somebody and their prices seem competitive; above all though you feel that you can trust them.
I have been coming here for YEARS through 4-5 cars and have NEVER been disappointed. They are honest, friendly, accomodating, funny and kid-friendly. The most fun is giving Udo a hard time, he LOVES it! Best auto shop in town hands down.
I went here to install the new tires to my winter rims. When the technician there drive my car into the shop, he hit other tires beside the door, which caused scratch on the bumper. At first I am not worried, bad things happened, no one can avoid it. But you need a positive attitude to deal with it, and most importantly honest!!! The manager there confess its his man hit the tire, but he refused to confess the scratch was made by them. He said it is an old scratch. Which made me very very angry. I argued with them. He compromised, asked me to go to dealership to make a quote about the repair fee. I will go to Acura dealership to make a quote on Monday morning. Besides do you think I dont know that you asked some guy to make the polish on that part? I will ask Acura technician to check the thickness of the paint. I will see how things goes. I keep the right to post the voice record and other proofs link here.Updated OTC 4,2018As we all can see in the reply we can clearly find that the manager here is very sneaky. 1: Until now, I have not received any apology from any people.(I cant accept an apology from google review reply)2: if an incident happened, the first thing need to do is telling your customer and discuss a solution both can agree with. You cant just clean the mess up and polish my car without my permission! It is not your car!!!3:the manager still denied they caused the scratch. If there is only some red color, just need to clean it, why you buffed and polished my car. You can explain about that to everyone who can see the review.4: I want to say some details about the whole thing. At first the technician there just use cleanser to clean the red and black color. When they asked to pay, there are a lot of scratch there. I argued with them, and give the key to the manager refused to take over my car. And started make voice record, then the manager asked a guy from another body shop and polished on the bumper without my permission. When he come back, he said like this: hey, good news! My friend took a look at that, and its good as new 4: I do went to collision companie(dont know why you know that, you can explain to everyone), they said you guys polished it very well. Strongly suggest me not to repaint, because the original paint is the best. I accept their opinion. But there are still some very small dents. An Remind to all people:When you go to here, you have to watch them, if any incident happen, they will not tell you.
