My brother was in the store one week ago and was purchasing a new hockey stick a employee helped him choose a stick and told him it was on sale so my brother goes up to the counter the employee rings in the sale price and the owner of sports zone says in a very rude tone and voice theres no way that stick is that cheap and he wanted my brother to pay the full price. My brother was very upset and ended up just saying forget it and walked out without getting the stick. I think this is very poor customer service and for the owner to be so rude was no ok we will no longer be shopping at this store.
The staff at sport one are pretty friendly and they have a good range of equipment, especially for hockey.
Got great skates here and this store has great service too!
