The best customer service! Bought something in Huntsville CT that was unsuitable for future use and it was refunded in Waterloo fully and with a smile. Very happy with your excellent management (Dan) and staff! You've got a happy customer here!
This store is awesome! Staff are great ! Store is clean! But I will state this issue remains over in the service area of the store! Rick and James is no longer with the store in the service bays, the service manger is rude, has no customer and the service advisor are just as clueless and rude! I think they may quality people in service should the front of service not been in such disray! But as going back to the rest of the store is awesome, always well stocked and clean and staff is always helpful and very friendly!!!
What a terrible experience. I was trying to return an unopened item with valid receipt. I dont give personal Information for valid reasons and the"acting "manager on site was yelling in my face approx 8 inches to get out of the store. I felt very threatened ask for the Store manager who wasn't there. Kept yelling and people started looking at me. I was so embarrassed as he kept yelling and I kept telling him I just want my money back. His tone and demeanor made me feel so uncomfortable that I have now called head office. I felt threatened and even unsafe in the presence. I left the store and he still has my product and receipt.
Had to wait over 5 minutes for a $6 oil filter that was behind the counter instead of on the shelf with the $10 ones. Other than that everything was good.
If sloths became humans and those humans decided to get themselves a wee part time job, that would aptly describe the apparent level of interest of the customer service employees at this location. It is my understanding that sloths are slow, but friendly creatures which is what resulted in the surprisingly high rating in response to my above statement. This location is perfect as I live close, but if required to attend I always ensure to make sure I've had plenty of sleep and am on a full stomach (especially if required to attend the dreaded customer service area with a return) and I recommended any other would-be shoppers follow suit.
