Nice hotel with ample parking. We ended up getting a free upgrade to a suite which was nice. Staff are friendly. Check-in and out are easy. Love the noon check-out. Our room was clean except for some weird greasy smudges on the headboard... So gross. I don't even want to know how it got there or what they're from but c'mon it was obvious enough that it should've been cleaned.
Good base to explore the Waterloo region. Spacious rooms with comfy beds and large bathrooms. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only negative is that the walls seem thin, could hear conversations in the next room.
The staff was very friendly and the lobby looked really nice. I was happy that the room had air conditioning. The room was quite large and clean when we got there, which was nice. However, the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower took a long time to get hot water and when the water got hot it was to the point of burning and wouldn't go down in temperature unless I shut it off. The water pressure was so high that it felt like my skin was being pelted. I wasn't impressed with the shower. The Jacuzzi was at least a pleasant experience and had a good amount of room to relax.Overall, I wouldn't stay here again because i wasn't well rested, but it was a decent stay for the price.
Our room was spacious and clean. The Bistro was quick and the service was great. We even had to use the business centre to print a document and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable in helping us. Would definitely stay again.
Rooms were nice, clean a quiet. Sales, and Event staff were extremely efficient at catering to all my requirements and did it with a smile! Thanks everyone!!
