The room was nice, big and clean. The breakfast was great! The pool is small, but very nice and has fun features for children (tipping buckets and bubble machine). The location is great too! Right by the market and outlet mall!
Nice hotel with great amenities. Right across the St Jacob Outlet mall although theres not much to see there.. Great breakfast and theres even a swimming pool too!
This place could have been rated at 5. Check in was great and very easy straight to your room . breakfast was normal even though we had a 10 minute delay on the one minute pancake makerWe booked a suite which is exactly what we expected room is extremely clean. beds were comfortable and room was clean.The only negative is there was never any pool towels at the pool. twice I had to ask for towels to be delivered in each time they only brought six or eight not sure why . Holiday Inn please provide us with pool towels..,
We stayed here as a getaway for our anniversary ad to go to the Market and local antique shops. It was an absolutely fabulous visit.Immediately upon check-in we were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. Our room (with a Jacuzzi and fireplace) was in immaculate condition. A very comfortable stay and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!
The room reservations were not what we got. We asked for adjoining suites and got two across the hall and one on another floor. In response to your response.The bride called to confirm even and was told of course they would be suites. No problem. If there is no documented request, I feel that was on your end. Not the bride's or ours. What I left out was that the ppl who did get the adjoining room complained we were loud. Actually following the request would have made the other guest's stay better too.
